Smaller Box Shipments

Smaller orders may be shipped by the box through parcel carriers such as UPS, depending on the size, weight and destination of the order.

When multiple boxes are shipped together, we will consider the most appropriate shipping method based on the total order and destination.

For larger box orders, shipping the merchandise on a pallet through LTL freight may be a more suitable option than shipping individual boxes.

Our team can help determine the available shipping option for your order based on the order size, destination and shipping requirements.

Residential Pallet Deliveries

Pallet deliveries to a residential address may require additional delivery services or charges depending on the carrier and destination.

A liftgate may be required when the delivery location does not have suitable equipment to unload a pallet from the freight truck.

Customers may be able to reduce shipping costs by receiving a pallet at a suitable commercial address or, where available, arranging pickup from a local freight terminal.

Residential freight deliveries are generally made to an accessible delivery location, such as the curbside or another location determined by the carrier. Inside delivery is not automatically included and may require an additional service.

Before accepting a pallet delivery, carefully inspect the pallet, packaging and merchandise for visible damage or discrepancies.

If you notice damage or a discrepancy:

  • Take clear photographs of the shipment and packaging.
  • Record the issue on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading before signing.
  • Keep your shipping documents and photographs for your records.
  • Contact Dax Pallets Liquidation as soon as possible.

Properly documenting visible damage or discrepancies at the time of delivery can help when a freight claim or order issue needs to be reviewed.

International orders may be shipped by parcel, freight or ocean transportation depending on the products, order size and destination.

International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import requirements and destination charges associated with their shipment.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination, order size and shipping method. Customers should contact us for current international shipping options and a quote before placing a large order.
