  Delivery

Dax Pallets Liquidation provides shipping options for eligible orders through parcel carriers and freight services. Depending on the product, order size, destination and delivery requirements, available shipping methods may include UPS, DHL, FedEx, LTL freight, full truckload freight and ocean freight.Smaller liquidation boxes and lots may be shipped by parcel carrier, while liquidation pallets and truckloads may require freight transportation.Shipping costs depend on factors such as product weight, pallet or package dimensions, delivery distance, order size, destination and whether the delivery address is residential or commercial.Orders are generally prepared for shipment after payment has been received. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Canadian and U.S. and international delivery times should be confirmed based on the individual order.

  Residential Pallet Deliveries

Residential pallet deliveries may require a liftgate to safely lower the pallet from the freight truck. Residential delivery and liftgate services may involve additional charges.Receiving a pallet at a commercial address or a suitable freight terminal may help reduce delivery costs. Most freight deliveries are made curbside or to a loading dock. Customers should ensure that the delivery location is accessible for the selected freight service. Before accepting a freight shipment, carefully inspect the pallet, packaging and merchandise for visible damage. If you notice damage or a discrepancy, take photographs and record the issue on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading before signing.

  Truckload Deliveries

Liquidation truckloads may require a 48-foot or 53-foot trailer, depending on the shipment and available transportation. Before ordering a truckload, customers should make sure their delivery location can safely accommodate the required truck. Residential locations may not be suitable for large semi-truck deliveries.Customers receiving a truckload should also have the appropriate equipment and personnel available to unload the merchandise. Depending on the shipment and delivery arrangement, unloading equipment such as a forklift or pallet jack may be required.Additional charges may apply for special delivery requirements, extended unloading time, liftgate service or other freight services.

  International Shipping

Dax Pallets Liquidation provides international shipping options for eligible orders. Smaller box-size orders may be shipped by parcel service, while larger liquidation pallets and truckloads may require freight or ocean transportation.International shipping costs vary according to the destination, shipment size, weight, product type and transportation method.International buyers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, import requirements and destination charges. For larger international orders, please contact our team to discuss available freight and shipping options.Contact Dax Pallets Liquidation for a shipping quote or assistance with your order.
