Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Canadian and U.S. and international delivery times should be confirmed based on the individual order.

  Residential Pallet Deliveries

  Residential pallet deliveries may require a liftgate to safely lower the pallet from the freight truck. Residential delivery and liftgate services may involve additional charges.Receiving a pallet at a commercial address or a suitable freight terminal may help reduce delivery costs.Most freight deliveries are made curbside or to a loading dock. Customers should ensure that the delivery location is accessible for the selected freight service.Before accepting a freight shipment, carefully inspect the pallet, packaging and merchandise for visible damage. If you notice damage or a discrepancy, take photographs and record the issue on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading before signing.

  Truckload Deliveries

  Liquidation truckloads may require a 48-foot or 53-foot trailer, depending on the shipment and available transportation.Before ordering a truckload, customers should make sure their delivery location can safely accommodate the required truck.
